Europa EOS 78 Hybrid Aluminium Window Systems

As part of its international activity, Mparolas Aluminium Systems undertook the manufacturing and export of aluminium windows and doors to Belgium for the renovation of a private residence located in the centre of Brussels.

The project concerns the renovation of an impressive 19th-century Maison de Maître built in 1850, located on Boulevard de Waterloo in Brussels, one of the city’s most characteristic urban areas. The building includes a basement, ground floor, two upper floors and an attic level, while the rear part of the property features a spacious private garden and a building extension.

During the architectural renovation, the building was redesigned to create modern residential spaces while preserving its historical character and architectural heritage. High ceilings, large windows and the generous proportions typical of Brussels townhouses were carefully maintained to ensure abundant natural light and spatial quality.

For this project, Europa EOS 78 Hybrid aluminium window systems were selected. This advanced thermally insulated system offers excellent thermal performance, high acoustic insulation and outstanding energy efficiency, making it particularly suitable for the demanding climate conditions and energy standards of residential buildings in Northern Europe.

All aluminium window systems were manufactured at the production facilities of Mparolas Aluminium Systems in Greece, following strict quality control and according to the architectural specifications of the project. After completion of production, the systems were carefully packaged and exported to Belgium, where installation was carried out by a local technical team.

The aluminium frames were finished in Ammos RAL 6011 Super Durable, a high-performance architectural coating that provides long-term colour stability, excellent resistance to weather conditions and a timeless aesthetic appearance.

This project represents another successful aluminium windows export project by Mparolas Aluminium Systems to the European market, demonstrating the company’s capability to design, manufacture and export high-quality architectural aluminium systems for residential and architectural projects across Europe.
