Mparolas Aluminium Systems undertook the manufacturing and export of aluminium windows and doors to Belgium for the renovation of a private residence in the centre of Brussels.
The project concerns the renovation of an impressive 19th-century Maison de Maître built in 1850, located on Boulevard de Waterloo in Brussels. The property includes a basement, ground floor, two upper floors and an attic level, together with a spacious private garden and rear building extension.
The architectural renovation was designed to create contemporary residential spaces while preserving the historic character of the property. High ceilings, generous proportions and large window openings were retained in order to maintain the architectural identity of the original Brussels townhouse and maximize natural light.

Renovating a historic residence requires a careful balance between contemporary building performance and respect for the architectural language of the original property.
The new aluminium windows were integrated into the renovation with particular attention to proportions, natural light and the visual character of the building, allowing modern thermal performance to coexist with its 19th-century architecture.
Europa EOS 78 Hybrid
Europa EOS 78 Hybrid was selected for the project as a high-performance thermally insulated aluminium window system suited to demanding residential applications. Its combination of thermal performance, acoustic comfort and architectural flexibility makes it particularly appropriate for renovation projects in Northern Europe.

Ammos RAL 6011 Super Durable
The aluminium frames were finished in Ammos RAL 6011 Super Durable, providing a refined architectural appearance together with long-term colour stability and increased resistance to demanding weather conditions.
Manufactured for international delivery.
All aluminium windows and doors were manufactured at the production facilities of Mparolas Aluminium Systems in Greece, according to the architectural specifications of the project. Following production and quality control, the units were carefully prepared for international transportation and exported to Belgium.
