Profile Cutting
Aluminium profiles are prepared and cut according to the production dimensions required for the specific construction.

A look inside the Mparolas production process — from aluminium profile preparation and CNC machining to full-size assembly, motor setup, operational testing and final preparation for export.
Factory Process
Motorized minimal sliding systems combine large glazed surfaces, slim aluminium profiles, mechanical components and an electric drive system in one complete assembly. For this reason, the fabrication process does not end when the frame is assembled.
At our production facility, the complete construction is assembled and checked before dispatch. The motorized movement is set up and tested on the finished system so that the operation of the sliding elements can be evaluated as a complete unit.
01 · Fabrication
The process begins with profile preparation, identification and precision machining. Each stage contributes to the dimensional accuracy required for large minimal sliding constructions.
Aluminium profiles are prepared and cut according to the production dimensions required for the specific construction.
Profiles and components are identified and checked before moving to the next stage of machining and assembly.
Precision machining prepares the aluminium components for hardware, connections and the final assembly sequence.
02 · Assembly
Once machining is complete, the system is assembled in the factory so the relationship between frame, sliding panels, glazing and motorized movement can be checked before dispatch.
The frame is assembled and positioned inside the production area, creating the full-size configuration required for the following installation and testing stages.
Large glazed panels require controlled handling during assembly. Specialized lifting equipment supports safe positioning and accurate placement of the glazing into the sliding elements.
With the glazed sliding elements installed, the construction can be evaluated as a complete system before the motorized operating tests begin.
03 · Motor Setup & Testing
The motorized EMF60 assembly is operated at full scale inside the factory. Instead of checking individual components in isolation, the complete glazed sliding construction is tested as one finished system before final preparation and packaging.
Once the sliding panels, glazing and motorized drive are integrated, the complete construction is operated repeatedly inside the production facility. This allows our team to observe the opening and closing movement of the finished system, verify smooth travel and complete the final setup under controlled factory conditions.
The closer vertical view shows the motorized system during its final adjustment stage. The movement of the large sliding element is observed through repeated cycles, allowing the operating behaviour of the completed construction to be checked before it leaves the factory.
04 · Final Preparation & Export
After assembly, motor setup and operational testing, the completed aluminium systems were prepared for loading and international transport. This project continued from our production facility in Greece to its destination in Brussels, Belgium.
